That first conversation is simply an opportunity to understand your context, what you’re navigating, and whether a partnership makes sense. There’s no preparation required on your end.

  • No. The initial conversation is exploratory. It’s a chance to determine fit and alignment. If it feels like the right next step, we’ll outline possible ways to work together. If not, you’re under no obligation.

  • If you’re sensing misalignment, strain, or pressure that isn’t resolving on its own, it’s often the right time to begin a conversation. You don’t need to have everything clearly defined. In many cases, the clarity emerges through discussion.

  • Our work typically engages leadership at the system level, which may include executive leaders, leadership teams, or broader organizational structures. Individual coaching can be part of the process, but it is often connected to a larger organizational context.

  • The scope and duration vary depending on the organization’s needs. Some partnerships focus on a specific leadership team or initiative. Others unfold over a longer period to support deeper transformation. We’ll determine the right scope together.

  • That’s completely normal. Many leaders reach out because they sense something isn’t working as well as it could, but can’t fully articulate the root issue. The first conversation helps clarify what’s happening and what kind of support, if any, would be most helpful.

  • If the decision involves a board or leadership team, we can start with a conversation involving key decision-makers. We’ll work with you to structure the process in a way that fits your governance or organizational structure.

  • Yes. In addition to longer-term consulting engagements, we offer facilitation, retreats, and speaking experiences when aligned with our approach. You can indicate this in the contact form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.
